Tamara Chilinkwambe

Tamara is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA UK) with a Master of Commerce in Development Finance from the University of Cape Town. She has extensive experience in the financial administration of both profit and non-profit organizations, offering strategic input, compliance, and budgeting planning, and building strong financial and operational controls. She has held various leadership positions in both international and local organizations. She formerly worked as an Associate Finance Director at the International Training and Education Centre for Health (ITECH) and as the Finance and Operations Director at Panagora Group. Tamara is responsible for CCI finance function, which includes creating and implementing financial policies and processes, reporting systems, and solid financial controls.
