Sipho Ntlangula is an experienced development practitioner and strategic project management professional with over 20 years of experience implementing and overseeing HIV/AIDS, gender mainstreaming and community development programmes across local and international organisations. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Regent Business School and has completed several professional development programmes through various tertiary institutions.
Throughout his career, Sipho has worked in both full-time leadership roles and as a technical consultant, contributing to the design and implementation of HIV prevention and response programmes, GBV interventions and community-based development initiatives supported by international agencies. He brings strong expertise in programme design and management, grant oversight, stakeholder engagement, financial management/monitoring and reporting.
Since 2025, Sipho has served as the Technical Lead for Community Systems Strengthening at CCI, where he leads the implementation of the Global Fund Community Systems Strengthening module across provinces. His work focuses on strengthening community-led monitoring, building organisational capacity and supporting leadership development within community systems.
