Nomvula Lengweng is a highly accomplished Human Resources professional with over 15 years of progressive experience spanning the public, private, and non-profit sectors in South Africa. She currently serves as Human Resources Manager at the Centre for Community Impact, where she provides strategic leadership across key HR functions, including employee relations, organisational development, payroll, and compliance. Nomvula holds a BA in Psychology and an Honours degree in Social Behaviour from the University of South Africa, and has completed coursework towards a Master’s in Human Resource Management. She is recognised for her strong leadership capability, sound labour relations expertise, and her ability to drive organisational performance and efficiency. Throughout her career, she has successfully led HR initiatives in diverse organisations such as EOH Group, Liquid Telecom, and the Human Sciences Research Council.
