The discussion assists people to identify what problems in their own area increase the likelihood of HIV infection and violence within their community, and to find solutions to these.
Community dialogues
These dialogues focus on the local causes of HIV transmission and sexual and gender-based violence.
In these sessions, participants are introduced to the related services in their community. Local leaders are given an opportunity to pledge and advocate their support for community actions that reduce violence against women and girls.
