Centre for Communications Impact (CCI) is a non-profit organisation that aims to improve the health and well-being of all South Africans.
CCI uses a strategic evidence based communication approach which includes dynamic mass media and interpersonal communication initiatives.
Our communication strategies are designed to support the South African National Strategic Plan 2017 - 2022 on HIV and STIs.
To improve the health and well-being of all South Africans.
CCI strives to make this vision a reality through:
- Designing and implementing strategic communication programs that seek to influence social and individual health choices and behavioural change
- Enhancing access to information and the exchange of knowledge that contributes to the improvement of health and health care;
- Developing programming that is evidence informed through conducting research that guides programme design, evaluation, and advances knowledge in health communication.
- Providing technical support to South African partners to design, implement, monitor and evaluate strategic social and behavioural communication interventions.
